Joshua Auxier is a partner in Halloran & Sage’s Litigation practice group. An earnest advocate for his clients, he provides counsel and litigation services in the areas of condominium law, employment and commercial law, and professional liability. Joshua is a seasoned litigator who has handled a variety of matters for his clients.
Joshua defends condominium boards, officers and management companies in diverse claims. He has handled numerous matters including, but not limited to, election challenges, alleged director malfeasance, and claimed violations of the Condominium Act and Common Interest Ownership Act (CIOA).
Additionally, Joshua represents attorneys, accountants, actuaries, engineers, real estate agents and other professionals in complex liability claims and suits. He focuses on the intricate details of his client’s cases and provides exceptional follow up and service. He has appeared before licensing bodies, as well as in state, federal and appellate court defending his clients against claims of malpractice and misrepresentation.
Joshua’s dedication and work ethic has gained him recognition by both his clients and colleagues. He was acknowledged as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in 2012 and 2013 for his accomplishments in professional liability. In addition, he was named a New Leader in the Law by the Connecticut Law Tribune for his exceptional casework in 2012, the inaugural year of this award.
