Joshua Auxier is indefatigable in representing his clients. He works closely with them to determine the best resolution to their problem, taking their needs into account every step of the way. Once the course is set, he takes every mean to achieve the client’s aim.

Combining deep knowledge of the law and procedure, Josh is a partner in litigation concentrating on professional liability, corporate directors and officers liability, and general tort liability. He collaborates with each of his clients to learn about their issues and provides exceptional follow up and service. He offers attorneys, accountants, actuaries, engineers, real estate agents and other directors and officers pragmatic, common sense advice and will employ effective strategies for resolving the case in the best possible manner.

Josh is a former Chair of the Directors/Officers Claims Committee of the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF), an association for those who defend professionals.

He has been selected by Super Lawyers® for his accomplishments in Professional Liability: Defense and Civil Litigation: Defense since 2016, and was named a “Rising Star” in 2012, 2013 and 2014. In addition, he was named a New Leader in the Law by the Connecticut Law Tribune for his exceptional casework in 2012, the inaugural year of this award.
